# Symboolic

> Italy’s first AI-native software agency. A problem goes in, the solution comes out: describe a project, a quote arrives in minutes, the Bright Factory builds it, and Symboolic senior engineers sign off. Founded in 2022 in Modena.

Symboolic S.R.L. (VAT IT04009940364) is an innovative startup. Default locale is Italian at `/`. English lives under `/en`, with a few remapped slugs (`/contatti` → `/en/contact`, `/chi-siamo` → `/en/about`, `/chi-siamo/azienda` → `/en/about/company`, `/termini-condizioni` → `/en/terms-conditions`).

How we work:

- The Bright Factory is the delivery system: AI agents execute, people decide. Nothing ships without a senior engineer’s approval.
- Instant quote on the homepage: describe the project (and attach a brief, spec, spreadsheet, or prototype). A first quote with plan, timeline, and costs arrives in minutes; an engineer confirms it within a few hours. Until then there is no commitment.
- The confirmed quote is what we work against. Scope changes show updated cost and timeline immediately.
- Delivered software is the client’s: no licenses, no lock-in. Code and project documents stay available.
- ~30 people, ~20 engineers, 3 PhDs. 200+ projects delivered and in use, 50+ companies running Symboolic software in production, a quote in about 10 minutes.
